Types of Inspections:

Buyers Pre-purchase Inspection- Buying a home is the most important purchase of your life.  Our job is to make sure you don't get taken advantage of.  We will thoroughly inspect your home (using Texas Real Estate Commission and Nachi guidelines) and give you an itemized list of everything that needs repair or could pose problems for you and your family.

New Home Construction Inspection- This inspection is performed on new construction homes after the home is completely built but before the new owner has moved in.  Many problems are found in brand new homes due to cheap unskilled labor.

Sellers Listing Inspection- A home seller will attract more potential buyers and usually a higher price on the sale of their home when the buyer knows that a home inspection has already been completed.

Warranty Inspection- Many homeowners get their home inspected before their warranty expires with their builder.  This allows the home owner to get everything repaired by the builder while the home is still under warranty.  This saves the homeowner a lot of money.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1)How long does the Home Inspection take? Typically it can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours for an inspection.

2) Do I have to be there for the inspection? No but we do recommend that you be there towards the end of the inspection so we can walk through the home with you and show you everything we have reported on.

3) Do I receive a copy of the report right after you are finished? No we send the report to you by email or fax within 48 hours of completing the inspection.  This allows us to double check the very detailed report so nothing is left out.  (Most reports are sent within 24 hours)

4) Will the inspection report include photos? Yes, you will receive a computerized report with embedded digital photos along with a description of each defect in the report.

5) Will you send a copy to my real estate agent?  Yes, as long as you have given authorization.  Otherwise, the reports are only given to the buyer.

6) What type of payment is accepted? We accept Visa, M/C, Check, Paypal.

7) What if I have questions after the inspection report has already been completed? We are available by phone at anytime to answer any questions.
